Barack Stalin Obama?

At a Memorial Day event in Las Cruces, New Mexico, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama claimed that an uncle of his participated in the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War II.

The only problem is, Auschwitz was liberated on January 27, 1945 by the 322nd Rifle Division of the Soviet Red Army. So either Obama is lying or his "uncle" faithfully served in the military of Josef Stalin's USSR.

Is this duplicitous historical ignorance the kind of hope and change Obama supporters are anxiously awaiting? God save our Republic.
